We are seeking a talented and innovative Digital Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team.
The Digital Marketing Graphic Designer will create visual content to drive brand engagement and sales conversion, combining artistic design with marketing strategy. Key responsibilities include content creating for social media posts, email promotions, and advertising materials, while ensuring consistency with company brand across all platforms. Collaborate with marketing team to produce optimized, eye-catching multimedia, including videos, GIFs, email templates and animations targeting Sorority and Fraternity demographics.
Greek Composites by Vantine is the nation's first composite photography company, founded in 1937 by Edward Vantine Sr. We are the industry leader in composite photography of college fraternities and sororities nationwide. We are continuing to expand and are looking for a talented, committed individual to join our Marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Design digital assets for social media posts, website, digital ads, and email campaigns.
- Branding Consistency: Maintain corporate brand standards, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Multimedia Production: Develop motion graphics, edit videos, and GIFs to increase engagement.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing team to create visually appealing layouts that enhance marketing campaigns to promote products and services for all departments including inside/outside sales
- Optimization: Ensuring all visual content is optimized for various digital platforms and aligns with SEO best practices.
Requirements & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud while staying familiar and up to date with emerging design trends. Able to leverage relevant AI platforms to optimize marketing and design efforts.
- Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing strong digital marketing design work, branding, typography, layout, and creative problem-solving skills and user experience (UX) principles.
- Marketing Insight: Ability to translate marketing strategies into visual concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present and adapt design concepts based on feedback.
- Collaboration: Must be able to work collaboratively with the Marketing team. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, execute projects with attention to details and ability to pivot focus when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in a marketing context.
