Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Event Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong design eye, a passion for weddings and events, and the ability to bring client visions to life through thoughtful planning and execution.
You will work closely with clients, planners, and our internal team to design, curate, and execute beautiful event environments using our inventory of rentals and custom pieces.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and planners to develop event design concepts
- Create mood boards, design proposals, and rental selections
- Guide clients through linen, furniture, lighting, and décor choices
- Translate design concepts into clear execution plans for the operations team
- Oversee event installs and ensure designs are executed to a high standard
- Maintain organization of design projects, timelines, and communications
- Stay up to date with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
Qualifications
- Experience in event design, wedding planning, interior design, or related field
- Strong sense of style, color, and spatial design
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working long hours on event days (including weekends)
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) is a plus
