About Us
Wilcynski Partners is a relationship-driven Seattle real estate team. Our growth engine is not cold lead generation — it’s the people who already know, like, and trust us. We’re a close-knit, high-performing team that takes our client relationships seriously and markets ourselves with the same intention.
The Mission
Build and run a consistent, high-quality lifecycle communication engine that turns past clients and warm prospects into repeat clients, referral advocates, and agent recruits.
**This is a hands-on role for a capable and strategic marketer. You build the system and you run it.**
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Database Marketing & Campaign Design/Execution
You will own our entire database communication system end-to-end, including the creation of engaging communications and content, plus maintain a reliable cadence of high-quality touches:
- Monthly newsletter to our full database
- Weekly segmented campaigns
- Ongoing recruiting-focused messaging
- Listing announcements as needed
Core responsibilities:
- Manage and evolve audience segments across key groups
- Ongoing database/list hygiene to maximize deliverability and engagement
- Develop campaign strategy and produce corresponding outbound messaging
- Implement SMS as a core communication channel
- Produce a monthly performance snapshot
- Other duties include execution of our listing marketing plan (typically requires 2-4 hours per listing)
Who You Are
Must-Haves:
- A strategic, hands-on operator — you do the work, hold yourself accountable, and don’t need extensive guidance to drive strategy
- A CRM-first marketer — lifecycle communication, segmentation, deliverability, and list hygiene are where you live
- Strong campaign design instincts — you can build a compelling, well-structured campaign from a topic and a soundbite
- Highly structured — you run a calendar, build repeatable systems, and hit deadlines without reminders
- A clear, warm communicator — you can write articulately, professionally and conversationally in a consistent voice
- Real estate fluent — you understand relationship marketing, transaction cadence, and referral dynamics
- Comfortable with a flex workload: some weeks are database-heavy, others surge toward listing support and you manage both with ease
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Word
Nice-to-Haves:
- Canva proficiency for on-brand template formatting
- Short-form copy instincts for email and SMS
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices
- Experience integrating email/SMS tools with CRM workflows
- Bonus: Currently utilizing AI to streamline workflows
Work Environment & Compensation
- Reports directly to the Ops Director
- Seattle-based, in-office position — with flexibility for deep-focus work elsewhere once the role is established
- Competitive Seattle salary commensurate with experience, with potential stretch for exceptional candidates
- Full benefits: healthcare, 401K, PTO accrual, and professional development opportunities

- Describe a lifecycle communication system you’ve owned end-to-end — what did you build, how did you run it, and what did it produce?

- Design an imaginary 3-email re-engagement campaign for a past real estate client who hasn’t responded in 18 months. Give us the concept, the sequence logic, and a subject line for each.
Qualified candidates will be invited for a 30-minute discovery call before an in-person meeting.
