Role Overview
As an Engineer, you’ll work with the team in the design, development, and optimization of our performance parts portfolio. You’ll collaborate in a multidisciplinary team of mechanical, manufacturing, and test engineers, ensuring projects are executed with precision, speed, and innovation. This role blends technical leadership with strategic project & process management and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate in a team of engineers across product design, testing, and manufacturing support
● Oversee the full product & process development lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to production and post-launch support
● Drive innovation in performance part design, materials, and manufacturing techniques
● Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to ensure manufacturability and performance standards
● Experience with APQP quality process planning and delivery
● Develop and maintain process engineering documentation, CAD models, BOMs, and test protocols
● Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications (SAE, ISO 9001:2015, etc.)
● Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and product performance
● Support customer feedback loops and warranty analysis to drive continuous improvement
● Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
● 7+ years of engineering experience in automotive or performance parts manufacturing
● 3+ years in a leadership or management role is a plus
● Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and Alphacam.
● Deep understanding of motorsports systems (powertrain, suspension, intake/exhaust, etc.)
● Experience with CNC machining, tooling, casting, and other manufacturing processes
● Excellent project management skills and familiarity with tools like MS Project, or Jira
● Strong communication and leadership abilities
● Enthusiast in automotive performance and motorsports is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
