About the Role
Bluepoint Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support our Design and Project Management teams. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and excels at managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of design projects across Bluepoint Hospitality’s portfolio by supporting logistics, procurement, scheduling, vendor coordination, and installation activities.
This is a fully in‑person position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management team with the organization, coordination, and logistics of design projects, including purchasing and delivery/installation schedules
- Prepare, create, and process proposals and purchase orders
- Develop and maintain plumbing fixture, electrical, and furniture schedules
- Submit, track, and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery
- Establish and communicate weekly project priorities with the design team
- Manage vendor relationships, including communication with warehouses, suppliers, and installers
- Plan, manage, and coordinate on‑site installations in collaboration with the design team
- Accept, oversee, and document periodic deliveries
- Organize and maintain the design library; source materials both online and through DC‑area showrooms
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve post‑installation issues
- Assist with administrative and project‑related tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Extremely detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, and collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly skilled in problem‑solving, follow‑through, and multitasking
- Demonstrated ability and desire to work as part of a highly collaborative team
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- CAD experience a plus, but not required
