About The Role
We’re hiring a
Stylist & Events Coordinator to support Pickle’s LA market across closet operations, events, and on-the-ground execution.
This is a highly hands-on role for someone who loves fashion, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to be in the middle of everything — from styling and merchandising inventory to helping bring events to life.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the LA closet runs smoothly, looks incredible, and delivers a seamless experience for our community, while also supporting the execution of high-energy Pickle events and community activations.
Responsibilities
Closet & Showroom Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations of the LA managed closet
- Style, organize, and maintain inventory to maximize utilization
- Ensure items are rental-ready (quality control, organization, logistics)
- Support renters with a high-touch, in-person showroom try-ons
Events & Activations
- Support execution of LA events:
- influencer events
- community activations
- pop-ups
- Support event material creation (flyers, invites, simple design assets) and vendor organization
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
- Help ensure events run smoothly and feel high-quality + on-brand
Content & Creative Support
- Create quick-turn content for events and closet (social, BTS, styling moments, event recaps)
- Capture video content that reflects the Pickle brand and drives engagement
Weekend & On-the-Ground Coverage
- Provide weekend coverage for the managed closet
- Be the face of Pickle during key moments (rentals, pickups, events)
- Deliver a seamless, high-energy customer experience
Who You Are
- Highly organized and reliable — you have extreme ownership and can juggle multiple tasks without anything slipping through the cracks
- Personable and confident — you’re excellent at connecting with people, building community, and making people feel welcome
- A doer — you’re known for getting things done quickly and efficiently; no job is too small
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for styling, merchandising, and aesthetics
- Comfortable in fast-paced, chaotic environments
- Scrappy and resourceful — you figure things out and make things happen
- Excited to be on the ground during key moments
- Passionate about fashion, creators, and community
- Comfortable creating content or design assets — you have experience with at least one of the following: visual design (e.g. Canva - think: aesthetic event flyers) and/or video/social content creation
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail, styling, events, or hospitality (not required)
- Experience supporting events or activations
- Strong interest in content creation, social media, or brand building
- Active Pickle user
Schedule & Availability
- 5 days per week, with required Saturday coverage
- Typical hours: 10AM–6PM; however, this is a salaried role and hours might need to flex outside of this
- Additional availability required for occasional evening and weekend events

Compensation Range: $45K
