About the Roles
The firm is expanding its team to include both mid-level designers ready to take the next step in their careers and senior designers eager to lead and mentor while shaping innovative spaces. You’ll collaborate on projects that balance beauty and function, and be part of a studio known for design excellence and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support interior projects through all design phases—from concept to completion
- Apply knowledge of detailing, building codes, Revit, and constructibility to deliver outstanding results
- Utilize a deep understanding of materiality, FF&E, fabrics, and finishes
- Partner with clients and consultants on visible, design-forward projects
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture
- (Mid-Level) Contribute creatively to design development and documentation with guidance from senior team members
- (Senior-Level) Lead projects, manage design direction, and provide mentorship across teams
