As a Creative Design Draftsman, you will create engineering drawings in AutoCAD and Solidworks to support new product designs and the manufacturing of Custom Display Fixtures. We are looking for a candidate who can blend a strong creative background with technical precision to transform abstract design concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products.

Responsibilities
- Design & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed 3D engineering drawings, ensuring both manufacturability and design innovation
- Innovation Leadership: Drive product innovation by applying creative problem-solving to improve "form and function."
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Managers and Vendors on quality and technical compliance, providing constructive feedback during design reviews.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks or 3D equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members.
- Industry Experience: Experience in wood or metal manufacturing is a plus.
