Ecommerce Specialist
Miller Motorcars of Stamford, CT is looking to hire a dedicated, organized, proactive and motivated individual with experience in ecommerce, digital retail, and operational execution.
Ecommerce, digital merchandising, inventory management and/or automotive parts experience is required.
All applicants should have tremendous work ethic, strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a consistent sense of urgency. The ideal candidate is reliable, analytical, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, works well within a team, and is looking to contribute to the continued growth of our ecommerce business within a world-class luxury automotive dealership.

Job Responsibilities
· Maintain and update product catalog, including listings, pricing, descriptions, and imagery
· Monitor and maintain accurate inventory, including sourcing, ordering, and purchase orders
· Process orders including picking, packing, shipping, and tracking
· Handle returns and resolve order-related issues
· Respond to customer inquiries across phone, email, and online platforms
· Review sales data and website activity to identify trends and support improvements
· Assist in optimizing website merchandising and user experience
· Support SEO and digital merchandising efforts
· Work with marketing on promotions and campaigns
· Support retail, wholesale, service, and internal teams with parts and ecommerce needs

Requirements
· Ecommerce experience is REQUIRED (automotive parts experience strongly preferred)
· Understanding of inventory management and fulfillment operations
· Experience with ecommerce platforms and/or online marketplaces (Shopify, eBay, Amazon, etc.)
· Ability to analyze data and identify trends
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Ability to learn and utilize CRM and backend systems
· Strong organizational skills
· Persistent, self-motivated personality
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced environment
· Must live within a reasonable commuting distance or be willing to relocate

Education and Experience
· High School Diploma Required (4 year University degree preferred)
