Commercial Construction Northwest, is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager/Estimator.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our organization.
Duties include (may change as necessary):
- Ensure the highest level of customer communication and service
- Review contracts/subcontracts
- Document control and distribution
- Lead team members and coordinate resources to ensure successful project execution
- Coordinate with team members to make sure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules
- Review project changes to ensure all parties are informed
- Estimating
- Review project reports to ensure projects are on budget and successful
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Communicate with customers to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and customers
- Manage vendor relationships and pricing
- Track and process all change orders and extras on projects
- Provide daily/weekly reporting to the project team and customer
- Review invoices and communicate any discrepancies/issues with project team to address
- Manage all closeout and punch list activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
- 5 year experience as a Construction Project Manager

- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be reliable and professional
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to read and understand drawings and prints
- Strong leadership skills
Compensation:
