Internship Title: Field Visual Merchandising Intern, Travel Retail Americas

Full-time internship: 40 hours a week.
PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP:
The visual merchandising intern supports the Central Region operations visual merchandising in coordination with and reporting to the Field Visual Merchandising Analyst to ensure consistent and highly qualitative execution of the brand's visual strategy
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizational
- Assist with the follow-up of invoices for POSM or any material assigned for each store and work the re-distribution per store according to guidelines.
- Work with our local warehouse (XL) in the distribution and shipment of POSM
- Follow up in detail with partners’ operational teams on the reception and arrival of these materials into their warehouse and further distribution by them into each store.
Store Management
- Align with Field VM Analyst to ensure proper implementation of all marketing activations; ensure all promotional materials are positioned according to corporate guidelines
- Debrief retail partners on coming updates per cycle changes.
- Follow up implementations in stores (visuals, planograms, videos, trade activations), ensure all materials are placed according to guidelines
- Inventory Reporting: Provide detailed analysis of current stock positions and the functional status of all on-counter testers during stores’ visits.
- Field Photography: Document each visit through high-quality photography, focusing on full-brand visibility, category-specific layouts, and competitor activity.
- Feedback: Engage with field staff to gather insights into consumer concerns and brand-specific needs at the point of sale.
- Assist in preparing visual recommendations per store, specific and detailed guidelines.
- Help to adapt planograms to stores’ needs.
- Facilitate visual merchandising reports: Build and compile stores' VM performance through PP presentation & reporting.
- Gathering and compile stores photos.
- Keep updating Master files with detailed information of any updates per store.
PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Relevant Experience: Background in sales operations or inventory management.
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented able to multi-task and perform duties in an efficient and timely manner.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency, ensuring clear and professional correspondence with both staff and management.
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Speaks fluently English. Spanish is a plus
