Job Description:
As an Assistant Deck Permit Coordinator, you will create realistic and detailed 2D and 3D renderings of deck designs based on project plans and client specifications. Your work will help clients visualize their dream outdoor spaces before construction begins, supporting our sales and design teams.
Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and visually compelling 2D and 3D deck renderings.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to understand client requirements.
- Revise renderings based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent visual style and quality across all projects.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and rendering software advancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Strong understanding of deck construction, materials, and outdoor design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to create realistic visualizations.
- Good communication skills to interpret design briefs and client needs.
- Portfolio showcasing previous rendering or visualization work preferred.
