Position Overview
We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy AI & Digital Strategy Specialist to help integrate artificial intelligence into both business operations and marketing initiatives. This hybrid role combines AI knowledge, digital marketing expertise, and social media management to improve efficiency, drive growth, and support overall business strategy.
The ideal candidate is both creative and technically curious, comfortable managing marketing tasks while also exploring and implementing AI tools that help our team work smarter and grow faster.
Experience in digital marketing is required, while a background in the apparel industry is helpful but not required. A basic understanding of graphic design and creative content development is also beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Assist in developing and executing e-mail and social media campaigns
- Manage and update content across digital channels (website, email, etc.)
· Identify digital marketing KPIs, including metrics and targets, and report on performance towards those goals
- Help coordinate marketing assets, promotions, and campaigns
Website Management (Squarespace)
- Ensure website content stays current and aligned with marketing efforts
- Monitor site performance, functionality, and user experience
AI & Business Efficiency
- Research and implement AI tools that improve internal and external workflows, with an eye towards practical and "fast follow" opportunities
- Help the team learn how to use AI tools for productivity, marketing, and operations
- Assist in leveraging AI tools and best practices to elevate graphic design, content creation, data organization, marketing messaging, customer analysis and segmentation
- Provide basic training or documentation for team members on AI tools and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to implement technology that increases efficiency
Qualifications
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and applications for business and marketing
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and strategies
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into business or marketing actions
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-changing technology environment
