What You’ll Do
This role plays a critical part in enabling retail success by driving clear, consistent, and strategically prioritized communication to the field. You will own the intake, planning, and execution of all retail communications—ensuring messaging is streamlined, relevant, and aligned to business priorities.
You will act as a gatekeeper for field communication, balancing competing business needs while protecting store teams from unnecessary noise. In partnership with cross-functional teams, you will help shape and execute quarterly go-to-market communication strategies that drive alignment and execution across stores.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Communication Delivery
- Develop and deliver clear, concise, and visually engaging communications that drive understanding and execution in stores
- Translate complex business initiatives into simple, actionable messaging tailored for the field
- Create and maintain standardized templates and communication guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Partner with L&D and Store Operations to produce training and support materials aligned to brand standards
Communication Strategy, Planning & Optimization
- Own the retail communications calendar, managing intake, prioritization, and scheduling of all field-facing messaging
- Act as the gatekeeper for all store communications, ensuring messaging is necessary, clear, and aligned to business priorities
- Partner in the development and execution of quarterly cross-functional go-to-market communication strategies, ensuring alignment across key initiatives
- Continuously evaluate communication effectiveness and identify opportunities to streamline, simplify, and improve engagement
- Champion best practices and drive adoption of communication tools and new functionality
Cross-Functional Partnership & Workflow Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HQ partners on communication requests, guiding teams on timing, messaging, and best practices
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of competing requests, ensuring alignment to business priorities and field capacity
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure communication plans support broader business objectives
- Proactively identify gaps in communication flow and implement solutions that improve clarity, efficiency, and execution in stores
You’ll Need to Have
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, retail operations, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in-office in NYC 3 days per week

- Experience in retail or fashion environments
- Experience with internal communication platforms or content management systems
- Strong written and visual communication skills with a focus on clarity and audience engagement
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements
- French speaking a plus
