ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented Creative Editor / Designer who can turn direction into high-quality assets across eCommerce, paid ads, and social. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to execute efficiently and elevate output with strong visual sense. This is a fast-paced role where speed, consistency, and adaptability matter.
You’ll support multiple brands under LAGOM, with a strong focus on WEDAY—our primary brand known for premium, modular smoking accessories that blend function, aesthetics, and self-expression.
PORTFOLIO is required. Applications without one will not be considered.
What You’ll Do
Editing & Design
- Design and edit product photos, videos, and banners that can be repurposed across channels
- Edit social first content aligned with platform trends and brand voice
- Edit, design, and adapt visuals for paid ads - mostly repurposed from ecom, social media, and UGC
- Support ideation and creation of brand assets, including packaging, brochures, stickers, logos, and digital assets
- Create product-based illustrations, animations, and layouts (for collections, bundles, or limited drops).
Creative Collaboration & Support
- Understand campaign goals and support briefs/moodboards, collaborating with marketing to execute visuals across channels
- Stay current on platform trends to continuously improve output quality and relevance
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in bringing creative ideas to life
- Help maintain and build brand standards, organization, and cohesion across different channels and creative assets
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience in digital design within advertising, social, influencer marketing, or a fast-paced creative environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma
- Strong short-form video editing skills and familiarity with platform-specific creative best practices (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines, working efficiently while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- AI-savvy: can use Gemini, Runway, or similar tools for simple renders or creative concepts
- Camera & lighting knowledge (plus): able to shoot simple product photos and videos when needed
