What You’ll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized business (SMB) accounts
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and retention
- Oversee campaign performance and optimize results
- Prospect and onboard new business clients
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and report on account growth
- Collaborate with and help develop team members supporting your accounts
