Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ladera Ranch, CA, for a Medical Device Sales Representative. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting Stryker’s line of reprocessed medical devices, and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth. Additional tasks include conducting product demonstrations, assisting in operating room settings when necessary, and providing education and support to ensure the successful implementation of reprocessing programs. The role aims to meet and exceed sales targets while promoting environmentally sustainable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Medical Sales and Sales, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve measurable success.
- Knowledge of Orthopedics and related medical devices or technologies.
- Familiarity with Operating Room protocols, procedures, and workflow practices for medical devices.
- An understanding of Medicine and healthcare systems, particularly in areas relevant to reprocessed devices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Life Sciences, Business, or Healthcare Administration, preferred but not required.
