Job Summary

Duties
- Design and implement robust change management plans that support organizational initiatives and strategic goals
- Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies to build buy-in and facilitate effective communication across all levels of the organization
- Develop training programs, communication materials, and support tools to enhance understanding and adoption of change initiatives
- Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and consultants to integrate change management best practices into project lifecycles
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks, resistance points, and opportunities for process improvement during transitions
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to prepare teams for upcoming changes and reinforce new behaviors
- Monitor progress through metrics and feedback mechanisms, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful implementation
