This position will be based in the Panama City, FL region
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative for the After Market Department to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our customer base by developing new business opportunities, in Parts, Service and Rental and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. Your passion for sales, combined with your technical knowledge and customer-focused approach, will drive growth and strengthen our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach within assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase solutions tailored to their operational needs
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within a construction or material handling industry.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight
- Expertise in business development, lead generation, and direct sales strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for tracking sales pipelines and customer interactions
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to perform product demos effectively and upsell additional solutions when appropriate
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data and develop strategic plans for growth
