Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Growth & Performance Marketer to own our demand generation, paid media, SEO, and conversion optimization initiatives. In this role, you will focus on driving measurable growth through continuous experimentation, detailed analytics, and strategic optimization. You will play a vital part in sharing Kaemark's legacy of innovative craftsmanship with a wider audience, ensuring our digital presence matches the high quality of our physical products.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and paid social media to maximize return on investment.
· Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, performing keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical site improvements.
· Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to ensure a seamless user journey.
· Run strategic A/B tests across various digital channels to steadily improve conversion rates.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to guide future marketing decisions.
· Implement and manage tracking systems, including Google Analytics, tracking pixels, and attribution models.
· Build and manage highly targeted email marketing campaigns and automated workflows to nurture leads.
· Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure all messaging aligns with performance goals and brand standards.
Required Skills & Experience
· 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth marketing roles.
· Strong working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and modern paid media platforms.
· Proven experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
· Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools, including heatmaps and A/B testing software.
· Strong analytical mindset with an unwavering focus on ROI and overall campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience using marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar systems.
· Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS to assist with rapid landing page optimization.
· Deep understanding of funnel optimization and business-to-business lead generation tactics.
Success Metrics
You will know you are succeeding in this role when you consistently hit or exceed targets in the following areas:
· Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
· Conversion rates across all digital funnels
· Month-over-month organic traffic growth
· Return on ad spend (ROAS)
· Overall lead volume and lead quality
