Position Title: Online Marketing Manager
General Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
- Sales & KPI Management: Oversee revenue targets and lead performance-driven online promotions and sales events.
- Performance Marketing: Direct paid media operations (Meta, Google, etc.) and optimize ROAS through advanced data analysis.
- Content Marketing: Supervise channel-specific content strategies and manage viral marketing campaigns.
- E-commerce Operations: Optimize and manage the D2C storefront based on the Shopify platform.
- Team Leadership: Manage marketing team performance, foster talent development, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing and sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and managing the Shopify platform.
- Languages: Native or professional fluency in both Korean and English (Required).
- Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities combined with a keen sense for creative content.
- Leadership: Proven ability to set clear goals, motivate team members, and lead with agility.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Weee! or TikTok Shop operations and marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Food Industry (Food distribution, meal kits, etc.).
- Growth Mindset: A proactive achiever who thrives in the fast-paced and ever-changing e-commerce landscape.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
