Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, leading brand growth, managing communication and promotional campaigns, and coordinating sales efforts across outlets. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and knows how to turn creative vision into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, brief, and manage external vendors including digital marketing agencies, PR firms, and photographers/videographers
- Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment
- Plan and track paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms with the Paid Ads vendor
- Own marketing KPIs and report performance results directly to the leadership team
- Oversee CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity, segmentation, and effective use
- Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies for each concept and location
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Coordinate social media calendars across brands
- Work with content creators to ensure consistent brand voice
- Assist with posting, captions, and community engagement
- Assist in organizing in-store events, tastings, and promotions
- Support managers with marketing tools and materials
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Basic understanding of marketing metrics and performance tracking
