(1C) Outside Sales Representative
Transmotion is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative for Eastern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
- Competitive Pay: This is a full-time industrial B2B job that comes with a base salary plus performance-based pay
- Work Schedule: You will work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Most of your time (about 80%) will be spent traveling to visit customers and our company locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will spend your days meeting with new and current customers to learn about what they need and offer them the right products from our company. You will look for new business opportunities, help grow numbers, and build good relationships with customers. You will visit customer sites, give presentations, talk about prices, and work to close deals. You will use programs like SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to keep track of your work and work with your team. You will watch your numbers, look for ways to do better, and make sure customers are happy with our service.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO...
- 5+ years of successful experience in outside sales, industrial sales, or B2B sales (new market development)
- Bachelor's degree (in a related field preferred) or equivalent experience in sales management or marketing
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft365 Suite, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with OEM, manufacturing, or hydraulic mobile equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong business and sales acumen, including analytical skills
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Technologically savvy and eager to learn new tools
