Summary
This role will focus on supporting production processes, troubleshooting issues, and helping improve efficiency across operations. The team is open to candidates from a range of engineering backgrounds, including mechanical, industrial, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing and production processes on the floor
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment or process-related issues
- Help develop and update work instructions and process documentation
- Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and engineering
- Support general engineering tasks and project work as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related) or equivalent experience
- 0–3+ years of experience (internships or hands-on experience accepted)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
