Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (B2B, SaaS, travel, or agency-facing experience preferred)
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to delivery
- Strong design skills with a keen eye for branding, layout, and consistency across assets
- Experience creating marketing content across email, social media, webinars, websites, and collateral (PDFs, flyers, one-pagers)
- Strong understanding of email marketing, analytics, and performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions)
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, analytics, and design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment with strong accountability
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in travel, tourism, SaaS, or agency-facing marketing environments
- Video editing experience for short-form marketing and promotional content
- Strong campaign strategy and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate business needs into marketing initiatives
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing platforms to improve efficiency and output a MUST
- Experience working closely with Sales, Training, or Account teams in a collaborative environment
