Position Overview:
As a Logistics Manager you will be an integral part of our sales and logistics team. Your primary responsibilities will include entering orders into our system accurately and efficiently and managing the logistics of getting these orders shipped out to our valued retailers. Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Accurately enter and process orders into our system.
Verify order details and pricing to ensure accuracy.
Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies.
Logistics Management: Coordinate with our warehouse the shipment of orders to retailers.
Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Track and monitor shipment status, providing updates to customers as needed.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues.
Assist customers with product information and order-related questions.
Creating weekly stock lists for the sales team
Documentation and Organization: Maintain organized records of sales transactions and shipments.
Prepare and distribute invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents as required.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales support or logistics is required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and order management systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
