Duties
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze customer data
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project management teams to develop tailored customer strategies
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions
- Conduct analysis of customer feedback and account performance to recommend improvements and optimize satisfaction
- Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through product features and service processes
Experience
- Proven experience in account management or customer support within a financial services environment is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client needs simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively
- Demonstrated success in sales or upselling within a customer-centric role
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and analysis techniques to enhance customer engagement

Pay: $49,633.50 - $59,773.68 per year
