Premier Midwest Homes is a growing manufactured home retail dealership focused on helping families find high-quality, affordable housing solutions across Southeast Kansas and surrounding markets. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to help drive traffic, generate qualified leads, and support our sales team.
This is a hands-on role with direct impact on sales performance and dealership growth.
Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute day-to-day marketing efforts. This role combines creative marketing with data-driven decision-making and is ideal for someone who enjoys both content creation and measurable results.
You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, promoting inventory, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, and search engines)
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising campaigns
- Promote available home inventory across online platforms
- Create and manage content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and listings
- Coordinate photo and video walkthroughs of homes
- Maintain website content, inventory listings, and marketing materials using CMS platforms like WordPress
- Optimize website and campaign performance to improve user experience and conversions
- Track and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics; adjust strategies for ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve performance
- Support dealership events, promotions, and local outreach campaigns
- Build brand awareness through in-person networking at local community events (e.g., Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, and other local organizations)
- Assist with signage, flyers, and marketing collateral
- Track and manage marketing-generated leads, working closely with the sales team to increase qualified traffic
- Collaborate with designers or use tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to create engaging visuals
- Utilize marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and communication
Qualifications
Preferred experience in:
- Digital marketing
- Social media advertising
- Real estate or manufactured housing marketing
- CRM systems
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research (tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs)
- Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for content creation
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Marketing degree preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000 – $60,000 base salary

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
