Client Service Associate/Associate Financial Planner Position: A career path towards becoming a Financial Planner/Advisor. In our team-based approach, this position provides non-advice-related support to clients and Lead Financial Planners/Advisors. This individual must have strong communication skills. They must be reliable, organized and deadline driven.
What You'll Do
- Proactively Call and qualify prospective clients and schedule meetings for advisors
- Prepare and refine financial plans for client review and implementation
- Support client meetings, including note-taking and follow-ups
- Analyze client data and build reports, presentations, and recommendations
- Input and maintain data in financial planning and CRM systems
- Assist with account servicing: transfers, account setup, and maintenance
- Generate performance and portfolio reports
- Coordinate with custodians and internal teams to execute client requests

- Core financial planning expertise across investments, tax, retirement, and estate planning
- Real client exposure and advisory experience
