We're hiring Founding Sales Development Representatives at Terrakotta to own our commercial lending and commercial services expansion. $80K/yr – $100K/yr.
Terrakotta is a YC-backed AI platform that helps commercial real estate professionals prospect smarter — property ownership data, tenant intelligence, and a dialer system built for high-volume outreach. We've proven the model in commercial real estate, and now we're hiring for two focuses. One person owning commercial lending and one owning commercial services (roofing, HVAC, solar).
You'll be building the zero-to-one motion for a new vertical — identifying the right entry points, crafting the outreach, and shaping how we go to market. Lots of ownership and room to make your mark.
What you'll own:
→ Prospecting and outreach into lending or commercial services companies
→ Building the early playbook for how Terrakotta sells into this market
→ Cold calling, sequencing, and experimenting to find what works
→ Partnering closely with founders — your feedback shapes the direction
Who we're looking for:
→ Early in your career and hungry — you want reps, ownership, and a real shot to grow
→ Background or strong interest in commercial lending or commercial services (roofing, HVAC, solar, contractors) is a big plus
→ Comfortable in ambiguity and excited to build something from scratch
→ Coachable, competitive, and consistent
