Role Description
We are seeking a Marketing & Events Assistant for a full-time on-site role. The Marketing & Events Assistant will coordinate and execute event logistics, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution. Additional responsibilities include maintaining positive customer and client communication, sales, supporting marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company at events and promotional setups
Engage with attendees and present products/services
Assist in coordinating event setup and breakdown
Track customer interactions and sales performance
Work closely with the sales team to meet event goals
Maintain a professional presence at all times
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working with the public in event settings
Strong organizational abilities
Previous sales or event experience is a plus
