Basic Function: Assisting in all aspects of architectural design.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties/Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

Gather design requirements for new construction, alterations, or repairs
Prepare architecture design based on design requirements
Participate in team meetings to coordinate design options and ideas
Ensure to follow best practices and company standards
Manage and execute design assignments in timely manner

Qualifications/Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Good visualization, organization, and problem-solving skills
Capable of combining aesthetics with function and the mechanics of buildings
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Projects, etc.)

Education/Experience

Bachelor of Architecture
1+ year of experience
