We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Ecommerce & Fulfillment Specialist to help us deliver that same premium experience directly to our customers' doors.

THE ROLE

As our Ecommerce & Fulfillment Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day operations of our Shopify-powered online store — from processing and fulfilling web orders- assiting the owner in managing product listings and inventory dialed in. You'll be the backbone of our online business, ensuring every order ships accurately and on time, and that our digital storefront reflects the premium quality our customers expect.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and fulfill all incoming web orders through the Shopify platform
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent out-of-stocks
• Process shipments and manage carrier relationships for timely, accurate delivery
• Troubleshoot order issues, customer inquiries, and fulfillment discrepancies
• Assist with uploading new products, product photography coordination, and content updates
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase fulfillment efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

• Hands-on, demonstrated experience with the Shopify platform (product management, orders, inventory — not just familiarity)
• Proven background in eCommerce order fulfillment and shipping operations
• Strong inventory management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, order-volume-driven environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Must be comfortable working in a retail environment where cigars are sold and smoked on-site
• Must be 21+ years of age
