Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Engineering Coordinator role based in Sacramento, CA. The Engineering Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of engineering projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with internal teams and stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include ensuring project milestones are met, facilitating project documentation, and assisting with budgetary tracking to maintain financial compliance. This role also requires contributing to process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the project execution.
This position represents a foundational step towards career advancement to assistant manager.

- Strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to ensure seamless execution.

- Experience with Budgeting and financial aspects of project management to maintain alignment with fiscal goals.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment based in Sacramento, CA.
- Previous experience in the mechanical or construction industry is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
