Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the Microsoft 365 Engineer will be the subject matter experts for all Microsoft 365 solutions used by Heartland, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. This position will help set the vision of Heartland’s Microsoft 365 usage and help educate staff on that vision. This is a full-time remote role.

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide advanced levelownership and support for the Heartland Microsoft 365and Entra IDenvironmentsto ensure uptime and security.
- Provide technical leadership onM365projects. Examples include Exchange Online migrations,Teams integrations, and DLP Implementations
- Create process documentation to allow the Service Desk to supportM365 requestsmore efficiently.
- Create training documentation and lead training webinars as needed to support M365 initiatives
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements/Qualifications
- 5+ Years ofadvanced Microsoft 365 experience
- 10+ years of IT experience
- Advanced experience with Exchange Online, Teams, Engage, SAML, Enterprise Apps
- Excellent technical writing skills

Pay RangeUSD $120,000.00 - USD $130,000.00 /Yr.
