Role Description
This is an on-site SDR role based in Miami, FL, for a Sales Development Representative. The selected candidate will focus on generating and qualifying leads, assisting in pipeline development, and engaging with potential clients to support business growth. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies. Interns will gain valuable hands-on experience in the sales process and contribute to meeting organizational goals while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. There is an opportunity to become a full time broker with uncapped commissions.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development with an ability to support growth initiatives
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and effective client engagement
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to proprietary sales tools and industry-specific processes
- Eagerness to contribute to team success and a proactive approach to tasks
- Some experience or coursework in sales, business, or a related field is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
