Asset Management Analyst – Real Estate Investments

A leading global real estate investment platform is looking to add an Asset Management Analyst to its Equity Asset Management team in New York.
This is an opportunity to join a highly institutional investment environment with exposure across a diversified real estate portfolio spanning core through opportunistic strategies. The team works closely with acquisitions, portfolio management, and senior leadership, offering strong visibility and meaningful responsibility early on.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support asset-level business plans and portfolio strategy initiatives
• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and valuation work
• Monitor property performance and identify value creation opportunities
• Partner with acquisitions and portfolio teams on investment reporting and asset strategy
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and performance updates for leadership
Ideal Background:
• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, real estate investment, valuation, or related fields
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skill set
• Exposure to institutional real estate investing preferred
• Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, collaborative investment environment
