Semper Fi Medical Supplies is committed to helping Veterans receive reliable access to the care they deserve. We work closely with the VA Community Care Providers network to distribute DME products locally. In addition, we supply advanced wound care solutions nationally. Target audience consists of wound care clinics, podiatrists, orthopedic groups, pain management practices, surgery centers, etc.

Summary:

We are seeking a full-time, experienced and highly motivated Medical Sales Professional with hard work ethic. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and can think outside the box. A strong background in DME sales and/or advanced wound care products, including skin substitutes a plus. Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and key decision makers through proactive engagement

· Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned territories

· Communicate product value through a strong understanding of product offerings

· Educate providers and staff on products, benefits, and ordering process

· Maintain consistent follow-up and account management with existing customers

· Maintain accurate record of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM

· Attend trade shows, conferences and events to promote products and services

· Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments

Qualifications:

· 2+ years medical sales experience preferred, not required

· Existing network of physician relationships a plus

· Experience selling to wound clinics, podiatrists, ortho surgeons, pain management and VA providers a plus

· Self-starter with strong closing ability and relationship-building skills

· Ability to work independently and drive territory growth

· Must be based in Las Vegas area

· Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory

· Hybrid

· Base pay (dependent on experience) + commission
