701 Valencia is a boutique luxury residential building located in the heart of Coral Gables. With only 25 sophisticated residences, we offer an elevated and exclusive living experience in one of Miami’s most desirable neighborhoods.
We are looking for a creative and motivated Freelance Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to help grow our online presence, increase brand awareness, and generate qualified leasing leads.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others to increase visibility and engagement.
- Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and multimedia assets aligned with branding guidelines.
- Create engaging content including reels, stories, posts, and captions.
- Develop monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
- Run and optimize Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Create lead generation campaigns targeting luxury renters and professionals.
- Capture lifestyle-focused content of the property and neighborhood.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and grow audience organically.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and email blasts.
- Track analytics, ad performance, and provide monthly reports.
- Help promote events, open houses, and leasing specials.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, and content creation
- Experience with luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Creative eye for branding, photography, and video content
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be based in Miami / Coral Gables area

- Basic photography/videography skills
