Job Description
- Manage design-build industrial construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope of work.
- Oversee procurement, including materials, equipment, and labor resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
