*This position is mostly on-site. You should be somewhere in Metro Detroit, not just in spirit.
We’re looking for a designer who can create thoughtful, on-brand visuals across a range of clients and industries. Someone who can move between brands without everything starting to look the same.
More importantly, we want to be able to drop you into the team and have you feel like you fit right in.

We manage brands, campaigns, and digital experiences for our clients. They trust us to bring their vision to life visually and consistently across every touchpoint.
That means design matters here. A lot.
What You’ll Actually Do
Design brand assets across digital and print
Build and apply brand identity systems across multiple touchpoints
Develop social graphics that align with brand direction (design only, not content capture)
Translate brand strategy into clean, elevated visuals
Work across multiple clients, each with their own look and feel
Refine layouts, typography, and visual systems
Contribute ideas and elevate the overall design standard
What You’re Like
You have taste. This is non-negotiable.
You’re strong in Illustrator, Photoshop, and yes, maybe even Canva. A creative is a creative.
You understand layout, typography, and composition at a high level
You enjoy working with other creatives and collaborating with the team
You can jump into a project and find your footing quickly
You can shift between brands without losing consistency
You’re organized and can manage multiple projects without things slipping
You move fast, but you care about the details
You know how to integrate AI into your process in a way that supports the work

What We’re Looking For
2+ years in graphic design
A portfolio that shows range across brands and formats
Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite
Agency or multi-client experience is a plus
A strong understanding of branding systems

Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm (most Fridays remote)
Salary: $52,000/year
