Role OverviewReadyOn is an AI-native Labor Operating System redefining how Fortune 250 enterprises manage 2.7 billion frontline workers. We are hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer to architect and build the foundational systems that bridge high-performance distributed backends with real-time, intuitive collaboration interfaces.
You will be a hands-on builder working at the intersection of market-design economics and deep AI integration to solve one of the world's hardest optimization problems: matching labor supply and demand in real time. This role requires 5 days in office.
What We’re Looking ForCore Skill Requirements- Startup DNA: Experience architecting or scaling systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. TypeScript Mastery: Expert-level proficiency across the full stack.
- Data Architecture: Advanced PostgreSQL knowledge (schema design, performance tuning, concurrency) and deep experience with GraphQL (including federated subgraphs).
- System Design: Strong fundamentals in building distributed systems; comfortable moving from zero-to-one in ambiguous environments.
Bonus Experience- Real-time coordination systems
- Event-driven architecture and event sourcing.
- Graph processing and AI-agent integration.
- NestJS (Backend) and modern React patterns (Frontend).
Expected Technical Focus- Full-Cycle Ownership: Architecting end-to-end features from database schema to UI implementation.
