PAY & PERKS
- $200–$450/day (base + performance)
- Company van + gas provided

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Meet homeowners at their property
- Diagnose pool issues (leaks, cracks, equipment, etc.)
- Clearly explain what’s wrong (keep it simple)
- Build confidence and close the job
- Coordinate with our repair team
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience selling pool repair, remodel, or related home services
- Ability to communicate clearly (no confusing the customer)
- Confidence in person (this is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk job)
- Strong closing ability — you’re there to get the job booked
BONUS (NOT REQUIRED)
- Leak detection experience
- Technical pool knowledge
If you don’t have leak detection experience, we’ll train you.
