Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Plumbing Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring their plumbing service needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in call center environments. Bilingual abilities and sales experience are a plus, enabling you to effectively assist a diverse customer base and promote our services. This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills in data entry, client services, and problem-solving will contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with scheduling appointments, inquiries, and service requests
- Provide professional customer support via phone and email
- Schedule jobs and assign the appropriate person to complete the job
- Be involved with estimating jobs, getting pricing on products, and ordering equipment and supplies as needed
- Ensure job notes are competed and accurate.
- Follow up with customers once jobs are completed, giving appropriate updates.
- Promote additional services or products when appropriate to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary
- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement
Skills
- Plumbing experience and knowledge is required.
- Multilingual or Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is highly desirable
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell or cross-sell services effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer support excellence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Experience in call center environments or outbound calling is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Knowledge of customer service principles, client relations, and call center best practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Good analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
