Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives, enhancing brand awareness, and driving engagement through various channels. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals to increase occupancy & revenue. This is a hands-on role for a performance marketer who understands advertising, tracking, and compliance — not just posting content or boosting ads.
What will you do:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Execute SEO strategy (Google Business Profile optimization)
- Improve organic rankings for keyword searches
- Continuously update company presence on such platforms/portals as Google, Yelp, Trutpilot etc.
- Manage and update the company websites ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Support advertising sales efforts by creating promotional materials and presentations.
- Implement marketing automation processes to streamline communication and enhance customer engagement.
- Assist in budgeting for marketing projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and online content.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in digital or online marketing
- Bachelor’s in marketing or similar degree
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar)
- Experience with creating and analyzing effectiveness of email marketing campaigns
- Experience with creating off-line promotional materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, manufactured housing, property management verticals is preferred but not required
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- CRM experience
