Lead Technical Project Manager is responsible for driving the execution of complex technical initiatives that span multiple teams within the organization. This role partners closely with engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver key capabilities that support cloud-based service delivery and platform stability.Operating with strong technical fluency and execution discipline, the Lead Technical Project Manager owns delivery plans, dependency tracking, risk management, and coordination for large or high-impact initiatives — influencing outcomes through collaboration, clear communication, and structured execution.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
- Drive execution of complex, multi-team technical initiatives by translating technical requirements and objectives into actionable project plans with clear milestones, ownership, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-team work by identifying, tracking, and resolving delivery dependencies and risks to ensure initiatives progress predictably through planning, development, and delivery phases.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and product stakeholders to align execution expectations and drive clarity and shared understanding across teams with competing priorities.
- Develop working knowledge of product and platform architecture, technical constraints, and system interactions to ensure delivery plans are feasible and aligned with technical realities.
- Maintain and adjust execution plans as technical discoveries are made or priorities change, proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation planning with accountable owners.
- Provide clear, concise status updates to project stakeholders and leadership, communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs in a timely and actionable manner.Technology Tools

Demonstrated experience delivering complex technical initiatives in an engineering-centric environment.
Strong technical aptitude with working knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud/SaaS platforms.
Proficient application of project management and change management methodologies, tools, and delivery best practices.
Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clear, timely project updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Working knowledge of cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and software migration concepts.
Experience partnering with product, engineering, platform, infrastructure, or cloud teams to gather requirements and drive execution.
