Role Overview
Our marketing team is growing! We’re looking for a Partnerships & Influencer Specialist to bring our mission to life through creator-led growth channels. This role blends relationship management, performance marketing, and brand storytelling. You’ll recruit, onboard, and nurture business relationships and influencers while ensuring these partnerships drive both revenue and brand trust.
You’ll be the bridge between creators, affiliates, and our internal marketing team—turning partnerships into long-term growth engines. (Since we are a very photo/video driven brand, any previous photo/video experience is a huge plus!)
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Identify, vet, and outreach to influencers aligned with brand values and audience
- Manage influencer relationships from negotiation through campaign execution
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, contracts, and usage rights
- Collaborate on content concepts that feel authentic—not scripted
- Track campaign performance and report insights
Strategy & Collaboration
- Develop short- and long-term affiliate and influencer growth strategies
- Partner with content, social, and paid teams to align messaging and launches
- Stay ahead of influencer trends, platform changes, and FTC guidelines
- Test new partnership models (ambassador programs, UGC creators, whitelisting, etc.)
Qualifications
- 1 to 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or events
- Proven Creativity in collaborating with brands that share a common mission.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs)
- Comfortable negotiating rates, commissions, and long-term partnerships
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
BONUS Qualifications
- Photography experience
- Video shooting and editing experience
Nice to Have
- Background in e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands
- Familiarity with UGC licensing and content usage rights
- Passion for brand storytelling and community building

What We Offer
- $20-$25 per hour depending upon experience and up to 20% annual bonus eligibility.
- This full time, non-exempt position qualifies for a full benefits package that includes paid sick leave, paid vacation, a 401K plan, health insurance and an extensive list of perks.

Location & Hours
- This position is in Rapid City, SD
- Regular office hours are Mon-Thurs 7:30am to 5 pm and Friday 8 to 12
- Hours will be flexed to achieve a 40-hour week
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time using a phone, computer keyboard and monitor
