Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
- Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Assist in testing solutions and validating business requirements
- Maintain project documentation and business analysis artifacts
- Support project teams with coordination and communication
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles (internships included)
- Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Exposure to Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, ECBA, or similar entry-level BA certifications)
- Internship experience in business analysis or consulting
