Duties:
- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients based on their individual needs and goals
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and develop personalized financial plans
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment strategies, and risk management
- Educate clients on various financial products and services available
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Experience in benefits administration and understanding of employee benefits packages
- Proven track record in telemarketing or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients
- Proficient in market research and analysis
