Job Description
This role will be based in Atlanta, Bellevue, Chicago, Carpinteria, Detroit, New York City, Omaha, Sunnyvale, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.

This role will be part of the People Analytics team within the Global Talent Organization (GTO) at LinkedIn. Our team’s mission is to enable agility through better, faster talent decisions. We are searching for a People Analytics Manager to join our Insights Enablement team - focused on providing people data users within the organization with what they need to make impactful business decisions. This role will serve as the critical bridge between data, technology, and end users - ensuring the right solutions are delivered to the right personas with the right change and go-to-market strategy to maximize impact.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand specific user personas within the Global Talent Organization and the business and their people data needs
- Partner and navigate working cross-collaboratively with senior stakeholders - consulting and advising on strategy and People Analytics products
- Identify high-impact use cases and recommend scalable people data solutions aligned to persona needs – assisting with the build of these solutions when necessary
- Partner with technical teams to ensure the right data and metrics are prioritized, structured, and delivered effectively for a positive user experience
- Develop tailored enablement strategies that increase self-service adoption and data fluency and assist with creation of enablement materials & learning resources
- Execute and help design change management and go-to-market plans specific for each persona to roll out new tools, data, and solutions
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Assist with rollout of AI agent including testing, piloting and launching to end users
- Drive collaboration within the team and proactively identify opportunities to partner and learn from other teams to drive improvements
- Prioritize work to ensure you are working on the right thing at the right time
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of work experience in a role that involves reporting or converting data into actionable insights for business decision making
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working collaboratively and consulting with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with Visier, Tableau, PowerBi or other scaled data visualization & analytics solutions
- Experience working on requirement development & documentation, change management, user enablement, and/or project planning
- Genuine passion for the people domain, either through work, extra-curricular, or thought leadership
- Background in Human Centered Design thinking or other user-centric development frameworks
- Proactive and resourceful: Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
- Concise communication: Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
- Enthusiastic, team-first attitude: Motivated to work hard in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $116,000 to $193,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
